I graduated from a 6-year Doctor of Korean Medicine program — and then spent the next 18 years discovering everything that training could not fully prepare me for.

Chronic pain, persistent stress, poor sleep, fertility struggles, postural patterns, and skin recovery rarely fit neatly into one treatment approach.

The more I saw in clinic, the more I understood that real recovery requires seeing the whole picture — not just the symptom in front of me.

That is what drove me to keep studying: orthopedic assessment, structural Manual Osteopathy, rehabilitation, clinical facial care, and movement-based treatment.

Not to collect techniques, but to understand the deeper patterns underneath each patient’s condition.

Before I choose any treatment, I look at how your body moves, compensates, protects itself, and responds to stress.

Then we build care around that.
